What exactly do you need to do to release stress?
Releasing stress begins with understanding what drives you, what your major struggles are, how to put them into perspective, and how to take action. Here's what you need to do:
- Recognize ideal goals, lifestyle, and values
- Review current activities and interactions
- Reveal overlap and divergences
- Release outdated ideals
- Raise the likelihood that your future reality will match your ideal
- Remind yourself
- Repeat as necessary
These are the Seven R's of Stress Release® that I've created to help people make lasting, significant reductions in the level and impact of stress. Clients who've applied all these steps with me started seeing and feeling results immediately. The longer the process is used, the more lasting its effects.
What makes this system so effective? Usually, once people realize that they are dissatisfied with their lives it takes a tremendous amount of effort and numerous mistakes before stumbling upon techniques that will work for them. With my coaching system, the energy put into the typical trial and error phase is instead focused on proven methods for increasing enjoyment of life and decreasing stress levels.
Does it work?
Yes! The result is a pattern shift that, over time and with your dedication, works consistently to release stresses and create a more enjoyable life. Please understand that the system is not a "quick fix." While people can see and feel results immediately, it can take several months for you to plant the seeds and for those seeds to bloom. All my clients who have diligently applied every step of The Seven R's of Stress Release have successfully released a maximum amount of stress in much less time than they would have on their own.
