"As a former child actor, I was interested in the way you were going to integrate improvisation with presentations. I remember back in my college days, some thirty years ago how useful it was for me to be able to breathe life into a character by allowing myself to make every performance live in the moment through improvisation. Your interesting, innovative, and fun exercises allowed me to rediscover my authentic self again by reminding me to find the simple joy of being in the moment. Your patience, and enthusiastic encouragement created a safe place for the group to surrender our habituative reactive selves, and the stress connected to the maintenance and upkeep of those walls we hide behind, and release the pure inherent uniqueness the each of us sets our table with. Thank you for a wonderful validating experience I will treasure forever. Should anyone feel nervous, or express concern about their ability to achieve success with your program, feel free to encourage them to ask me about any concern they might have. Of course, I intend to steer my close friends to your training, just not my competitors."

Gratefully,

"Doing an improv workshop with Zohar Adner is a totally remarkable experience. It's mind and body expanding. You really learn to think out of the box because you're constantly challenged to work and act in ways that you think are so very foreign to you. At times it seemed very easy, but you found out that unless you concentrated you fell into the habitual ways rather than working with a new paradigm.

I had an absolutely wonderful time. All activities were both creative and fun. And when I say fun, there were times the experience was so funny I couldn't speak because I was laughing till I cried. The entire experience was a relaxing one, there is no pressure, no "I have to" etc. Zohar helps the novices feel they can do anything and have fun doing anything. That is one of his remarkable gifts. Have fun and learn at the same time!"

"Zohar is a quietly brilliant guy! I haven't had this much fun at a workshop since college! Here we were, a wildly diverse group of people, and he was able to transform us into a creatively effective team! His exercises gradually drew me out of my 'box'. He didn't push, preach or even lead; he gave us the opportunities and the space to experience a personal situation or problem from many different angles. I finally understood how stress comes from feeling stuck with the only choices you've come to believe exist. Improvisation tosses your limiting beliefs out the window, or maybe into a salad... but I digress. Zohar's workshop will take you beyond thinking ‘out of the box', you'll LIVE that way, too!"

Marie Laguerre-Lewis
Mother of Twins

"When I hear about a creative exercise program I usually don't get past the first sentence. Zohar's improv workshop totally changed my thinking about coaching and role play, not to mention a lot of my thinking outside the class. I'm not the most open person, but he somehow managed to bring me out and get me and the others in the class past our inhibitions. Zohar is truly talented."

"Wow! What a tremendous Aha I had today. By taking Zo's workshop, I truly realized the value in not taking everything so seriously. I let go of so much stress and some very old disempowering beliefs that had held me back in the past and allowed myself to play and be in the moment. It was a blast!

In one specific segment of the workshop, Zo chose a word to start, then the group was given the instruction to think of a song that had that word in it, The person that came up with the word would then get up in front of the group and sing the song, "rescuing the other person." It really didn't matter if you didn't know the words, Zo encouraged us to fake it. We just had to make it believable. He told us to pretend that we were in the middle of Madison Square Garden with 25,000 people watching.

I kept on getting stuck because I couldn't think of the specific word, I berated myself for not thinking fast enough and was getting frustrated. Finally my turn came when someone said the word, "Moon" I connected with a wonderful memory of my Nana singing the song, "Fly Me To the Moon" whenever she was happy. Instantly I ran up, filled with passion and belted out a few choruses of the song, "Fly Me to the Moon." For a moment, it was surreal. I was up on stage at the Garden. I was "in the zone."

After the exercise, Zohar reminded us of the rules of the game, most importantly he told us that Rules were only guidelines. That was huge for me. Even though I wanted to sing so many times, I held myself back because I was getting stuck on the rules. Hey guys, life is really more fun when you stop stressing out. Zo is an awesome coach and teacher! Take his next workshop."

Coaching

"Zohar Adner is a truly gifted coach. From the moment that we began working together, I knew that I was being coached by a seasoned professional. He put me at ease right away with his playful tone and sense of humor. He uses that deftly to illustrate a point, relieve stress or to break a pattern. His ability to integrate fun and laughter with coaching is a powerful teaching tool.

When I first started coaching with Zo, I was going through a career transition. I had retired from 18 years of Property Management in Real Estate and wanted to become a motivational speaker. I was deeply passionate about my message yet I was scattered and very fearful to take on the challenge. I had many limiting beliefs surrounding my abilities.

From the moment that we began coaching, I was able to enjoy a new perspective. Zo helped me to realize that I had a choice. I could continue to create chaos in my life or take brave steps and have more fun. I understood the simplicity and wisdom of his message and therefore made the choice to have more fun. Since then I have experienced levels of success that I thought were previously impossible to achieve, all my relationships flourished along with a powerful sense of self confidence. Best of all, I saw myself as Zo saw me: a strong, powerful, successful, joyful woman capable of expressing my greatness and sharing my gifts and message with the world. Zo Rocks!"

"Zohar has had an immediate and profound effect on my life. From our first conversation he freed my closed, negative thoughts and opened me to the joy and opportunities I was unable to see alone, even though they were right in front of me. His concise step-by-step approach to new self awareness is a testament, not only to his training, but to his own, effective, innovative understanding of human conditioning, and the "box" our minds so easily lock into. Every time we speak I find a greater understanding of the joy that comes from living without fear, and the incredible energy realized through a life renewed with passion for each new experience. I cannot thank him enough for accepting me without judgment, and allowing me to learn about my potential, and encouraging me to achieve it."

Larry Davidsohn

"From the first time I spoke with him - his pure non-judgement - and non-agenda came thru - as well as his sense of humor and his way of seeing things (your so-called problems) in a totally different light - and when he describes it to you - your own energy shifts to a higher level.

I would - and I DO recommend him HIGHLY.

He is also very easy to talk to and an equal / balanced relationship develops immediately - sort of a "FLOW" - which in that space - goals are set and met."

Carol Baschnagel

"Zohar helped me realize the inner causes of stress in my life and helped me breakthrough them with confidence. His coaching style helped me make having fun and participating in stress releasing activities a priority in my life. Sessions were fun, lively, and full of positive energy. It helped me feel good about taking time to care for myself. He truly cared about me and believed in me."
